     Workshop on the Ministry of Labor Procedures
     
    Discusses employment and training of Saudis 
     
    Lasting for three days and includes major corporations and SME's
     
     

    Workshop organized by Asharqia Chamber and the Council of Saudi Chambers in collaboration with the Office of Price Waterhouse Coopers for financial and management consulting on Monday 3 January 2011 entitled:(Development procedures and policies of the Ministry of Labor in serving of businessmen) discussing several issues faced by employers and Saudi job seekers Saudis, including: the recruitment and training of Saudis and non-appropriate education and training outcomes with the requirements of the labor market.
     
    Workshop which will last for three days has discussed on its first day Monday, January 3, 2011 allocated to the owners of major companies and executives handle several issues including: recruitment and training of Saudis and the attainment of Saudization and utilization of Human Resources Development Fund is also reviewing the workshop outputs of the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training and review issues related to labor recruitment, inspection and reviewing decisions proposed by the Ministry of Labor.

     

    On the second day Tuesday, January 4, 2011 dedicatedto owners of SME's workshop  participant discussed
    the mechanism of labor recruitment as well as transferring of consent and change professions.

    Third day Wednesday, January 5, 2011 allocated for officials in human resources and labor recruitment and training  will discuss procedures for the issuance of work license and consent along with decisions proposed in the area of employment ,labor and inspection.

    Above all;the workshop aims to discuss the problems and challenges facing the private sector with the services of the Ministry of Labor to identify solutions and recommendations for improving the performance of the Ministry as well as to discuss some of the suggestions for the Ministry improvement.
